These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract that applies to anyone who uses the du81 website (https://du81.bet) and all related services. By accessing the website or opening an account, you confirm that you agree to everything stated in this Agreement.

du81 may verify a user's name, date of birth, and contact details at any time. Any personal information requested must be submitted and cooperated with promptly. If verification is unsuccessful, deposit and withdrawal transactions may be suspended immediately.

2.3 Account Security

Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. All activity carried out on your account is considered your responsibility. If your account access is compromised, you must report it to the du81 support team immediately.

User Responsibilities

3.1 Prohibited Actions

Any user of this platform is strictly prohibited from carrying out the following actions —

  • Engaging in fraudulent financial activities (money laundering, fraud)
  • Attempting to hack the platform or exploit software vulnerabilities
  • Playing using bots, computer scripts, or automation tools
  • Intentionally opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
  • Depositing and playing with funds belonging to a third party

3.2 Erroneous Results

If a technical error or unintended result occurs, du81 has the right to reclaim the relevant funds. du81 will make every effort to notify users of any subsequent blocking actions immediately, but may act without prior notice due to technical issues.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Deposits at du81 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Once a deposit is successful and the amount is confirmed, it is credited to the account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Restrictions

du81 records all financial transactions and has the right to investigate any discrepancies. All activities must comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to comply means requested funds will not be released.

Deposit and withdrawal processing times are calculated in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). Processing times may be extended during bank holidays or in the event of connectivity issues.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

du81 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks must be completed.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement is set at 10 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met. Wagering must be done only on the game types and within the contribution limits specified in du81's bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

du81 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without exception. If a player is found attempting to claim a promotion fraudulently, the bonus will be voided and the associated account may be closed.

Section 6

Gaming Rules

6.1 Session Interruption

If a gaming session is interrupted due to a technical fault (server outage, network disconnection), du81 will attempt to restore the session. If restoration is not possible, the amount for that session will be determined at du81's sole discretion, and that decision will be considered final.

6.2 Live Casino

For live casino games, video records are used to resolve disputes — whether the disconnection occurred before a result was determined or after. The outcome shown in those records is considered reliable, and du81's decision is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Bets will be fully refunded (voided) for any event that is cancelled, postponed, or subject to a restriction action after being announced. The same applies in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling.

Protection and Security

du81 uses SSL encryption technology to protect users' personal and financial information. The platform uses a verifiable game system — not a standalone Random Number Generator (RNG) — to ensure fair play.

If an unexpected security issue arises, du81 will prioritise protecting users' funds and will carry out immediate investigative measures. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during that period.

  • Attempting to hack the website or intentionally exploiting a technical vulnerability

9.2 Self-Exclusion
